COMMUNITY PROJECTS

Weekly Dance Session: Every Wed at 10:30am.
We dance to have fun, dance to reduce stress, dance to reduce isolation and we also dance to build our confidence.

Breakfast/Coffee Morning/Drop-in: Every wed at 10am.
This gives opportunity to the women to network, make friends and share their experiences. Most of our service users are unemployed, fleeing domestic abuse, some are asylum seekers and making new friends. We provide free breakfast that some of our people wouldn’t be able to afford.

Confidence Building Sessions / Events: The aim of the organisation is to help restore confidence, we hold confidence building awareness workshop once a month and event once every quarter. Our workshop and events has helped women and girls build their confidence, some have been able to go back to work, some have gone back to school.

Hate Crime & Radequal Activities: We organise workshops annually. We raise awareness on what hate crime is, how to recognise it, and also give information on how to report it.
