Visitors were able to tour the Bolton Hub, speak with the founder, support staff, current service users and volunteers – as well as network with other women and members of similar organisations in the Bolton community.
The Mayor of Bolton, Councillor Linda Thomas, was on hand to officially launch the Bolton Hub. She was pleasantly surprised by all of our services and spent more than an hour meeting visitors and volunteers. The Mayor's visit created a lot of excitement in the hub both before and during the visit. Shaheen Sameja, the Halliwell and Crompton neighbourhood officer, came in also to celebrate with us and officially welcome us to the community.
We know that having a centre for women and young girls in Bolton will have an impact based on our many interactions with our visitors, so we can't wait for more people to drop in, have a cuppa, and chat with us.
As a charity, we've spent the last ten years supporting women and young girls of all ethnicities in developing their confidence, thriving, and leaving a lasting impact in their communities. We do not doubt that the Bolton Hub will help us come closer to our goal of restoring self-worth to women and girls who have lost all confidence in themselves and maximise our community impact.

The office serves as a safe space, and we have a private therapy room where our clients can relax and recharge.
We will be running networking events here every Tuesday from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM.
